A bowl of snowdrops – a sight for sore eyes following the dark winter days.
The pure simplicity of a snowdrop belies its difficulty to portray in a drawing! I attempted to capture the spring light in this image, the light bouncing off the green bowl leaving a shadow behind. Little accents in the snowdrops themselves are picked out in pencil.
